Employees of any BCBSM affiliate and their immediate family members
Those seeking funding for indirect costs, excluding limited fringe benefits
Applicants seeking funding for tuition expenses or continuing education units for the PI, project staff, or students
Requests for funding for computer equipment, including hardware and software
Requests for funding for one-time use consumables, such as medical and office supplies
Requests for funding for furnishings
Requests for funding for capital expenses, such as phone, rent, building insurance
Those seeking more than $1,000 for conference travel.
