Overview

The Boeing Grant program operates under three main pillars: Our Future, Our Heroes, and Our Homes. Each pillar targets specific societal issues and embodies Boeing’s dedication to creating positive impacts within communities. "Our Future" focuses on education and workforce development, particularly in STEM fields, aiming to create pathways for individuals from early learning through to workforce preparation. "Our Heroes" supports veterans and their families through workforce transition, recovery, and rehabilitation, focusing on high-quality training, skill development, and veteran engagement. Finally, "Our Homes" aims at enhancing community well-being and economic mobility, addressing local needs such as poverty, healthcare, environmental issues, safe communities, and recidivism prevention, with an emphasis on serving communities of color and other underserved populations. Through strategic investments in these areas, Boeing seeks to address complex issues by leveraging community assets to improve the quality of life and opportunities for economic advancement, especially in the Chicago/Great Lakes region.
