Funding Ineligibility Criteria:

The following entities and circumstances are not eligible to receive funding:

  • Individuals and private charities or foundations.
  • Organizations that have reported an income exceeding $200,000 USD during the last fiscal year, excluding in-kind donations.
  • U.S. organizations that are not tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or are not qualified to receive tax-deductible contributions.
  • Organizations focused on religious or political causes, including candidates and campaigns.
  • Entities that engage in discriminatory practices based on age, color, citizenship, disability, disabled veteran status, gender, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, military service or status, or Vietnam-era veteran status.
  • Organizations primarily aiming to influence legislation.
  • Any foreign or domestic organizations previously identified by Cold Noses Foundation as having misused funding in a way contrary to the stated purpose.
