The grant program prioritizes projects that can connect assets and people, attract and retain talent, foster economic integration, are sustainable, and leverage public and private partnerships. It evaluates potential investments based on their innovation, ability to accelerate learning and idea exchange, sustainability, and potential to enhance opportunity, economic mobility, and robust citizenship engagement.
