Priority may be assigned to applications from the following: Organizations active within the metropolitan region of Grand Island, Nebraska, encompassing the counties of Hall, Merrick, and Howard. Additionally, organizations that serve the inhabitants of the Grand Island, Nebraska metropolitan area may be favored.
