Overview

The grant program focuses on initiatives that benefit older adults and caregivers, aiming to address issues such as food insecurity, home-based care services, and support for caregivers. It seeks to fund projects that enhance safety, security, prevent elder abuse, and offer vital services like social work, case management, and transportation solutions for older adults and their aides. Grants are awarded three times annually, with organizations invited to submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) continuously to explore potential funding opportunities.
