Review Criteria

The Foundation prioritizes organizations that qualify under its criteria, specifically those that offer programs or facilities addressing needs unmet by public funding, or where the Foundation's support can make a substantial difference. Additionally, we favor initiatives aimed at enhancing education, culture, economic development, or social improvement. Our funding is more inclined towards specific projects and programs that align with our qualifying conditions, over general capital projects or operational costs.
