The Foundation is dedicated to operating exclusively for charitable purposes as outlined by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its mission encompasses supporting charitable corporations, organizations, or associations within the United States in various sectors including civic, cultural and religion; education, literature, and science; hospitals; medical, medical research and mental health; rehabilitation and welfare; youth activities; and community funds.
The Foundation’s grantmaking program aims to support charitable activities in several key areas: Civic, Cultural and Religion; Education, Literature, and Science; Hospitals; Rehabilitation and Welfare; Youth Activities; Community Funds. Additionally, the Foundation awards scholarships to selected colleges and universities, with the recipient selections made by those institutions. Priority is given to local charitable organizations or through local affiliates of national or statewide bodies. The total funding allocated annually adheres to the minimum requirements set by the Internal Revenue Service Code.
