The National Institutes of Health (NIH), a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is the nation’s medical research agency — making important discoveries that improve health and save lives.
This grant program encourages applications for a Data Coordinating Center (DCC) that collaborates with an investigator-initiated multisite clinical trial (Phase III and beyond). It is aimed at projects relevant to the research mission of NCCIH and considered a high priority by the Center. The grant will support overall project coordination, administrative tasks, data management, and biostatistical support for the proposed clinical trial. Both a DCC application and a corresponding Clinical Coordinating Center (CCC) application must be submitted simultaneously for consideration.
