Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation uses this form to gather information about organizations interested in applying for a grant. After reviewing the form, a staff member will notify you of your organization's eligibility to submit a proposal.Step Two:Eligible candidates interested in applying for a grant from Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation are required to submit a proposal.
