Overview

The grant program focuses on improving healthcare access, disease prevention, and community engagement around health issues in South L.A.’s Centinela Valley. It supports core operating, program, project, or capacity building for organizations that increase integration of various health services, facilitate cross-sector collaboration to address health disparities, and support health policy advocacy for universal access to health services.
