This grant program allows eligible nonprofits to apply for different types of grants including Food & Nutrition Security, Program or Operating Support, and Capacity grants. The Program Grants support nonprofits aiming to address documented community needs with measurable outcomes in arts/culture, environment, education/employment, healthcare/mental health, and human services. Funding can be requested for new, ongoing, or expanding programs. The foundation emphasizes the need for programs to demonstrate strong measurable outcomes and address gaps in services, guided by various strategic documents and reports.
