Supports eligible non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations through program development, expansion, and general operating support under certain conditions.

  • Must have a current financial audit by an independent CPA, or for those with revenues under $500,000, a financial review is acceptable
  • Had total revenues of at least $100,000 for the preceding year
  • In policy and practice, must not discriminate based on age, race, creed, gender, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, and ethnicity
  • Located in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties of Michigan, or in the watersheds impacting those areas
  • We generally do not fund 100% of a program’s cost
  • Consideration for multi-year grants where appropriate
