The mission of the Salvador Fund is to honor the memory of Salvador Castañares by offering financial support through small grants to benefit low-income individuals in the mid-Columbia region of Oregon and Washington.

Submission

Review Criteria

Applications are likely to be preferred if they request funds from the Salvador Fund to be supplemented by financial support from additional sources. Preference will be given to proposals that specifically aim to address or include the requirements of immigrants, farmworkers, migrants, as well as elders and their caregivers. Moreover, proposals that outline initiatives fostering equality and the development of community bonds will be viewed favorably.
