From Grays Harbor Community Foundation

To improve the quality of life in all communities throughout Grays Harbor County, Washington, and to be the leading source directing charitable support to meet current and future community needs.

Type of Support

Overview

The grant program aims to establish quality education and learning opportunities for all ages, foster a strong and connected community, teach skills for success in life, college, vocational training, and career, promote health and wellness, provide broad access to arts, culture, and history, and help meet the basic needs of residents. It focuses on supporting programs and efforts within these categories that directly impact and improve the community's quality of life. Additionally, the Grays Harbor Community Foundation operates a Small Grants Program targeting organizations looking to make an immediate, smaller scale impact within these priority areas, including technology needs, shelter items, food purchases, educational supplies, small renovation projects, and capacity building, with a preference for organizations that plan to utilize the funds immediately or within a short timeframe.
