  • Serves Milwaukee, another U.S. city with a strong Johnson Controls presence, or has a national or multi-community presence
  • Focus areas include education (STEAM), health & safety (including housing and homeownership and economic mobility programs), and environmental protection/preservation
  • For Milwaukee-based programs, emphasis on West Lawn, Thurston Woods, or Havenwoods neighborhoods is encouraged
  • Must be well-established, with a board of directors representing leaders in various disciplines
  • Demonstrates a robust level of Johnson Controls employee volunteerism
