Ohio EPA establishes and enforces standards for air, water, waste management and cleanup of sites contaminated with hazardous substances. We also provide financial assistance to businesses and communities; environmental education programs for businesses and the public; and pollution prevention assistance to help businesses minimize their waste at the source.

Overview

The Water Bottle Refilling Station Grant is designed to support governments, non-profits, and schools in their efforts to reduce single-use plastic water bottles, decrease plastic waste, and increase landfill diversion by providing funding to purchase water bottle refilling stations. Organizations can apply for grants up to $10,000 without the need for matching funds. The grants specifically intend to fund the purchase of equipment for either new or retrofit water bottle refilling stations.

Bulk fuel for transportation or equipment
Replacing operational funds with grant funding.
