Overview

The Polaris TRAILS GRANTS program, initiated in January 2006, is designed to support off-road and snow clubs, associations, and grassroots groups in the United States and Canada. The program focuses on promoting safe and responsible riding, preserving access to trails, and protecting the environment and natural resources associated with off-road trail systems. Financial support is extended for initiatives such as trail development and maintenance, safety and education projects, and efforts to maintain and increase land trail access. The program also covers responsible riding, access, initiatives, and lobbying efforts, with funding capped at $10,000 per request. Organizations are eligible to apply for monetary support or product donations not exceeding $10,000 and may request up to two grants annually.
