  • Must not have an outstanding or delinquent Grant Report to be considered for future grants
  • Organizations previously awarded must have complied with all reporting requirements and be in good standing before submitting another grant application
  • Previous grants must be spent and accounted for before applying for another grant

Groups seeking funds for travel or lodging for seminars or trips
Organizations looking for funds exclusively for endowment purposes
Programs that will have been completed and funded before the Foundation’s grant decision date
Repayment of acquisition costs for already purchased equipment
Acquisition of weapons, firearms, or destructive devices as defined in the Indiana Code
Projects for sectarian religious purposes (though grants can be made to religious organizations for general community programs or historical site preservation)
Purchase of property or buildings
Attempts to influence legislation or intervene in any political campaign.
