The W.P. & Bulah Luse Foundation was established in 1947 by Mr. Luse, a self-made wildcatter in the early Texas oilfields, and his wife Bulah. Its mission is to support and promote quality education, human services, and health care programming for underserved populations.
The grant program focuses on three main program areas: Education, Health, and Human Services. The broad goals are to support initiatives and organizations that provide quality services in these areas, specifically targeting underserved communities to enhance their access to education, health care, and essential human services.
