The Long Foundation aims to reduce the high school dropout rate among Texas Hispanic students and provide opportunities for these youths to enhance their economic and social potential and that of their communities. The Foundation focuses on supporting programs that fulfill at least one of the Five Promises of America's Promise, benefiting youths, particularly those in areas with large Hispanic populations.
