Overview

The grant program by Central Florida Foundation features various grant opportunities, primarily targeted at nonprofits within the Central Florida region. The Community Investment Grant Rounds, which happen twice a year, are open exclusively to local nonprofits with a focus on those based in Winter Park during the fall round. Organizations are not required to apply but must create a portrait in Nonprofit Search to be considered for these grants. Additionally, the foundation offers Signature Fund Grants, where the grant process is guided by the recommendations of donors’ advisors from established Signature Funds. To facilitate transparency and easier access for grant-makers and donors, all 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in the region are encouraged to build a nonprofit portrait through Nonprofit Search.
