The Collier Community Foundation™ aims to enhance nonprofit operations for organizations with budgets under $3M by funding capacity building initiatives, ensuring they utilize best practices in strategic planning, board development, infrastructure improvements, financial management, and more.
The grants offered are aimed to support various nonprofit needs during the May grant cycle, including Food & Nutrition Security for those providing related supports, a choice between Program or Operating Support grants, and a Capacity grant for organizations with budgets under $3M. The Capacity grant specifically targets improvements in strategic planning, board development, infrastructure, financial management, fundraising, marketing and communications, program planning, and the feasibility and implementation of mergers or strategic alliances.
