Wyoming Foundation Grants

From Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo

The mission of the Niagara Area Foundation (NAF) is to address the philanthropic void in Niagara County through charitable efforts. Established in 2000 by a collective of individuals from the private and nonprofit sectors, NAF aims to support and positively impact the community of Niagara County.

Type of Support

Overview

The grant program of the Wyoming Foundation aims to address and support the community's needs by backing various initiatives. In 2023, following a strategic planning process, the foundation highlighted two main funding priorities: educational opportunities and arts and cultural opportunities for both youth and adults. While these areas are prioritized, the foundation remains open to considering other projects outside these categories, provided they address significant needs or create meaningful opportunities within Wyoming County and have a positive impact. The application process for grants has been streamlined to facilitate access to funding within these guidelines.
