The mission of the Foundation is to support a diverse range of nonprofit organizations that work towards improving the well-being and quality of life of individuals and communities. This entails fostering young people’s well-being, strengthening families, promoting self-reliance and health, preventing inappropriate institutionalization, enhancing cultural life, advocating for humane treatment of animals, and enhancing coordination of social and community services.
The grant program focuses on supporting nonprofit organizations across seven key areas: Children, Youth, & Families; Senior Citizens; General; Health; Agricultural Education; Animal Welfare and Environment; and Arts & Culture. Its primary goals are to improve the well-being of young people, strengthen family units, develop individual self-reliance and health, prevent inappropriate institutionalization, enhance the quality of life through cultural activities, encourage humane treatment of animals, and eliminate duplication while improving coordination of social and community services. The Foundation offers general and project support, including one-time capital grants, special projects, and operating support, aiming to foster significant impacts within its focus areas.
