The DWR Center Resident Grant is designed to provide substantial operational support to organizations based in the professional and secure Donald W. Reynolds Community Non-Profit Center. This support allows recipient organizations to dedicate their efforts towards delivering high-quality programs and services and to share their passion for their cause with the community. The grants reflect a commitment to fostering positive and sustainable outcomes through partnering with donors and local communities, embracing innovation to address critical needs.

Organizations recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization for two or more years
Organizations incorporated in, and in good standing with, the state of Nevada
Organizations with at least one paid staff member
Other
  • Must have held IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status for two or more years
  • Must be incorporated in, and in good standing with, the state of Nevada or registered as a foreign entity in Nevada
  • Provides quality programs and services to the Incline Village, Crystal Bay, and Kings Beach community
  • Actively participates in collaborative programs and services
  • Demonstrates good governance practices and organizational sustainability
  • Demonstrated capacity to meet the DWR Center Resident Grant Match requirement

Ineligibility

Applicants who cannot cover the annual match equal to 30% of market rate for office space
Applicants unable to pay cleaning and kitchen deposits
Applicants who cannot cover general liability, worker’s compensation, and other mandated insurance
Applicants unable to bear the cost of submitting the grant application
Applicants unable to cover costs associated with moving into the DWR Center
