It collaborates closely with Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) staff to identify organizations that are in alignment with its target impact areas and CICF’s overarching mission of ensuring equitable opportunities for all individuals to reach their full potential, regardless of their place, race, or identity. The selection process for grant recipients is by invitation only, reflecting a proactive approach to fulfilling its mission.
