VAH Foundation Grant

For 2024, the grant program focuses on supporting projects within core interests that include Animal Welfare, Education, Literacy, the Environment, and Cultural, Historic, & Beautification improvements. The grant aims to fund well-detailed proposals with a clear budget, a specified number of beneficiaries, and necessary support documents (501(c)3 certification, budget, and list of organization's board members). The Foundation prioritizes programs that demonstrate diverse financial, participatory, and voluntary support. Additionally, the Foundation will offer small grants of no more than $5,000 to various local nonprofits aimed at enhancing Kern County.
