Parkinson Family Foundation Grant

From Parkinson Family Foundation

The Parkinson Family Foundation's mission centers on positively impacting Food & Water, Faith & Evangelism, Health & Humanitarian Efforts, with a targeted approach in Education & Community Outreach. The Foundation aims to be strategic in its partnerships, favoring those with established relationships, driven by the Great Commandment, yet remains open to non-faith-based organizations. The overriding goal is to judiciously allocate limited resources to address massive worldwide needs by prioritizing impactful initiatives.

Type of Support

Overview

The Parkinson Family Foundation chooses to pursue its mission by concentrating on three main areas of focus: Food & WaterFaith & Evangelism, and Health & Humanitarian Efforts. The Foundation also recognizes the power and potential in education & community outreach and may be able to engage in grantmaking in these areas, though such efforts will be very targeted. In addition, we would favor organizations that promote American ideals such as freedom, liberty and justice.

The Foundation operates on a selective basis, emphasizing the establishment of relationships with partner organizations and the significant yet targeted support for initiatives. Grant amounts vary, with consideration for substantial grants in cases of programs demonstrating major impact, and preference for projects showcasing strong outcomes and community benefits. Funding is generally partial, not exceeding a three-year commitment, underlining the Foundation’s strategy towards sustainable, impactful support rather than full-fledged funding.
