Type of Support

Overview

The LICF grant program focuses on a wide variety of realms including Arts, Community Development, Education, Environment, Mental Health, Hunger, Technical Assistance/Organizational Development, and Youth Development. Grants aim to integrate arts in community development, expand quality affordable housing, prepare students for college and workforce success, protect natural resources, improve mental health services for veterans, alleviate hunger, strengthen nonprofit organizations for greater impact, and support at-risk youth towards well-being and economic self-sufficiency. Specific goals within these areas range from revitalizing communities through the arts, advancing educational equity, promoting sustainable land management, addressing the mental health needs of veterans, increasing food access for vulnerable populations, enhancing nonprofit capacities, and advancing youth development and leadership.
